Sehr feines Essen nach dem Konzept von Hilfegard von Bingen (es wird kein Weizen verwendet), alles Bio und hochwertig. Sorgfältige Zubereitung. Die Lage inmitten des Dorfes ist wunderschön. Betten sehr bequem und alles im Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Sauna klein, fein, ausserordentlich heiss. Personal ausserordentlich aufmerksam und super nett!
In unserem Zimmer (3. Stock, Ostseite) war es zu kalt (Übergangszeit). Das Aufenthaltzimmer («Herrenzimmer») war ebenfalls sehr kühl und unbeheizt und konnte daher abends fast nicht benutzt werden. Am zweiten Abend baten wir darum, ein Feuer im Kamin zu machen, das wurde sofort getan, dauerte aber lange, bis es warm wurde! Es hatte leider keinen Wasserkocher / Tee / Kaffee / Tassen auf dem Zimmer.

The location in the mountains is lovely. The staff are friendly.
The rooms in the hotel are pretty basic. We had a view of the road and supermarket. The food is pretty good but not great and the breakfast is definitely not as good as you can get in other bio hotels.
