The location was perfect next to green mountain drive. Apartment was cozy, smelled wonderful when we arrived. The TV had been programmed to Spanish but I called them after hours and they were happy to help. There's no Futon. It is a blow up mattress. We didn't have it though. Couch recliner..so my kids preferred that. We will definitely stay there again. Also, it is ground level. Looks like from the pictures it's only 2 stories but it's actually three stairs aren't too bad though to get to the bottom

The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished. The space was large enough for my family of 6 to have space to move around. I loved the screened in porch in the back. It was a peaceful place to watch the sun rise. The internet didn't work at all our first night, which made things hard but the manager took care of it during our second day.
The upstairs neighbors were terribly loud at all hours of the day and night. It seemed as though they were stomping into every room instead of walking. And it was a tease to be able to see the pool but not have access to it.
