The villa in a very good location,as we need a quiet area. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The pool the garden was very nice and clean. Modern furniture and WiFi were good enough for what we need. If you stay here you will definitely need a hired car. We like a surprise welcome pack,breads milk,drinks but we don’t drink alcohol so we left it for the next guests. The villa got everything we need ,we cook every day,the only thing we think it should be look in to it was the bin liner. As only one bin liner there but we bought it while we there also other things whatever it wasn’t there and replaced it as we used it. The pool was heated as we requested ( you do have to pay for it to be heated as same as the air conditioning/heater €10 euro per night for the pool and €10 euro per night for the air conditioning/heater we stay 10 day and have pay cash ) The weather is not very kind when we were there unfortunately was cold and we only use the pool once. The bedrooms were great the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. All good and will highly recommended.

During we stay there some day when we were in the garden/pool area. Unfortunately we can smell of sewage from a distance! That probably nothing to do with the property as we have read the reviews on the other properties in the same area as well. Doesn’t put us off probably just the near by water treatment I guess. We had the parcel delivered at the address but we did not know they are go to the post box at the entrance. And we have asked the caretaker if they got a key,unfortunately the parcel still there. We thought it would be like in the UK.

Beautiful property, met all our needs and more. Ability to use the outdoor space on various levels. Roof terrace / balcony offered a different aspect to enjoy the weather in conjunction with fantastic pool /patio area. Amazing views! Property lovely fresh, modern and clean decor. Delightful firm beds with both soft and firm pillows to suit yourself. Plenty towels including sufficient beach towels. Nice touch and thankful to have welcome pack in fridge with water/milk etc. It would appear within reason that not all previous guests ‘left overs’ are removed which allowed this property to really feel like a home from home. Well stocked kitchen with equipment for nights in. As guests with an age range of 6-70 the property and location catered for all. We hired a car and often popped to busier areas for the beaches and restaurants but equally there are shops, cafes and bars within adequate walking distance. This property has provided the restful holiday we were looking for, thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was in a great location, situated in a very quiet neighborhood. It was just a few minutes’ walk to the grocery store, and there was a nearby path that led directly to the beach. The city center, which offers many excellent restaurants, is about a 35-minute walk at a relaxed pace. In spring, when there are fewer tourists, it’s usually possible to get a table without a reservation. Beaches like Playa Papagayo are accessible by car — during the week, there’s a small entrance fee of €3. The house itself was beautifully and tastefully furnished. It was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The garden features a small private pool, four sun loungers, a sofa set, and a dining table for six people. We also had access to a barbecue, which was a great bonus. Additionally, there is a large saltwater pool available within the complex that guests can use.

The accommodation is very well equipped. It would be great to have a jug or carafe for water, and maybe one roll of toilet paper upon arrival — just until you get a chance to go shopping. :)

Beautifully furnished property. Beds very comfortable and outdoor area well laid out.

Constant building work taking place next door, starting at 8.15 every morning and continuing throughout the day, which meant we couldn’t enjoy outdoor facilities. Outdoor area needed a good clean post Calima and swimming pool handle is very wobbly. Raised issues with contact re building work, got a response first day then radio silence from them.
