We liked the corner unit, especially the balcony. It is a very nice view of the beach. We liked the cleanliness of the unit. Tradewinds is very close to restaurants and grocery stores, making it very convenient. We like being close to the elevators. The building and elevators are kept clean. Security is very nice.
The unit could use some updating in both bathrooms. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall in the main bedroom. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms are very noisy. There is no icemaker in the freezer, and ice on the premises is $6 per bag. The toaster only toaster one side of the bread, probably need a new one. Tile in the hallway is chipped. Maybe just get a tan touch up paint so as not to notice. The wrong door code and gate code were given to me. I had to call to get into the property. It would be nice to know ahead of time that there is a loading/unloading area. We got a parking ticket before we were able to get our parking pass from the condo. Security was nice. Beachball Properties personnel were very nice to work with.
