Lovely location, not noisy. Close to stores. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything needed was available including a cot for our baby

lots of space for a whole family, very convenient for a night before taking the ferry from Portsmouth harbour, easy parking on the street

It was quite close to the venue we were attending
Although the bedrooms were quite comfortable, the kitchen was very basic. We couldn’t find any dinner plates, no tea towel, no kitchen roll or cloth to wipe anything down with. There was washing up filling the dish drainer and used items left in the fridge which wasn’t very clean
