Location was good and it was homie
Washing machine was out of order and with a 5 night stay that was very inconvenient. Had to make time to go to a laundromat on vacation. We were also not notified about that. Didn’t find out until we got to the property.

Yard for pets and kids is a huge selling point, plus access to a garage for vehicles is awesome.
Carpet throughout house. It was visibly worn and stained from regular use. Host Should consider going to tile or laminate floors. Easier for guests and hosts to maintain, clean, and the upgrade would look nicer in home.
