We had the most wonderful few days staying at the Coach House and honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. It was cosy, beautifully presented, and had absolutely everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
A special mention goes to our host, Eddie, who was absolutely amazing. His warmth, thoughtfulness and attention to detail really made our stay extra special. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to feel welcome.
The little touches were simply lovely and made such a difference: fresh milk waiting for us in the fridge, coffee and biscuits to enjoy, and even four beautiful fresh roses from the garden arranged in a little vase. It was those thoughtful details that made the Coach House feel less like somewhere we were staying and much more like our own little home away from home.
The Coach House itself was delightful, cosy, comfortable, charming, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything had been thought of, making it very easy to settle in and relax. The location was also exceptional, giving us the perfect base to explore the beautiful area around Lewes while having a welcoming place to return to at the end of the day.
We genuinely didn’t want to leave! Eddie is a wonderful host, and the Coach House is one of those rare places where you immediately feel comfortable, cared for and completely at ease.
We would wholeheartedly recommend the Coach House and would absolutely love to return. Thank you, Eddie, for making our stay so special; your hospitality and all those thoughtful little touches will stay with us.

The Coach House is gorgeous - I would happily live here forever!

The coach house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. So much attention to detail and the level of finish throughout were second to none. Eddie and Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you so much for a fabulous stay!
