Royal Oak Retreat - Sleeps 6 Pub & Pet Friendly

Self contained, luxuriously done up very comfortable.

Sound of bottles being emptied at 4 am. But I did fall straight back to sleep and it is a pub so should be expected.

the property was very clean and very well fitted. the shower was amazing. everything looked great.

the bed was pretty hard, felt like a bit of plywood on some springs. but it served it's purpose and was ultimately fine

We loved everything about it. A very clean, stylish and quirky apartment that comfortably fit our party of 4 adults, 12 year old son, and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were very airy and the master bedroom had a huge bed. The bathroom was luxurious with a big shower and roll top bath. The kitchen area was well kitted out with everything you could need. The host, Lee, was very welcoming and nothing was a problem. The pub served delicious food and had a lovely garden and games room. The village was also really nice with a little shop within walking distance. We would not hesitate to recommend this place, it’s one of the best hidden gems we have ever found and a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you Lee for being the perfect host and for helping with our little surprise family reunion.
