Las vistas de la terraza.
Que el chico que se encarga de gestionarlo vive en el salón y duerme en el sofá por lo que te da apuro usar esa estancia. Que no haya aire acondicionado teniendo que dejar todo el día y la noche la ventana abierta para no morir de calor. La ubicación está bastante lejos del centro, a unos 40' a pie pero eso ya lo pone en la ubicación cuando reservas.
