The cottage was in a good location/ walking distance to the town centre, seafront and from Fishbourne ferry services. It was modern, very clean/ spotless! Despite the warm weather the cottage did not heat up although we were there only at the beginning of the heat wave. The kitchen was fully equipped and bathroom had all that you needed. Ruth the host was very responsive and communicated before the stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch - thanks Ruth :)

Una bellissima vecchia casa di paese con vista sul mare.Appartamento piccolo ma ristrutturato benissimo. Confort eccellente . Proprietari efficientissimi, abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva e anche di più. Accoglienza perfetta (con latte nel frigo, biscotti, caffè, una bottiglia di vino).Grande abbondanza di attrezzature in cucina. Bagno perfetto e pulizia impeccabile. Letto confortevole, silenzio totale, Peccato essere stati solo per due notti
Le strade sono molto strette e il parcheggio è possibile solo fuori stagione. Ma questo non dipende dai proprietari e non diminuisce la qualità dall'appartamento

Adequate equipment in the kitchen. Welcome pack of wine, long life croissants & milk was a nice gesture.
Not cleaned properly at all! found long hairs& in several areas. Kitchen floor was manky when wiped down with a damp kitchen paper. No coat rack; no where to dry your towel after shower(except the clothes dryer in the outhouse).No hooks to hang up anything. No mobile signal inside. (Forced to use the WiFi -so used a VPN for security) Steep walk up/ down from (free) car park to accommodation. Sea view: very restricted from bedroom window only. Location in very built up area.
