Para el precio que tiene, tiene una cocina bastante equipada, y el extractor funciona. La ducha esta apartada del baño, cosa que tambien da puntos. Avisamos de que llegariamos un poco tarde para hacer en checking y nos dijo que teniamos que ir a las oficinas ha hacerlo, estaba a 15 minutos andando del apartamento. El chico nos acompaño despues al apartamento y nos pago el tuktuk. Muy amable la verdad, ya que esperabamos ir andando. La cama es comodisima y tiene aire acondicionado

Al tener cocina, tambien entran bastantes hormigas.

The staff, the two I dealt with were really lovely. A lady on the phones, and a young man who carried my suitcase up very narrow stairs, and brought me a towel later.

I arrived after a long trip and there was no one on site, I walked into a messy foyer with some foreign men sitting around. I got the impression this place is primarily a hostel, with more permanent residents. I was frantic to place my heavy suitcases and have a shower. My room was quite good! I removed a filthy rice cooker, & stale cooking smells had permeated the whole room. I left my balcony doors open the whole time I was there. Which was quite nice actually! I didn't want to complain to staff, I felt they were young and had maybe been handed over the business recently, as the first message from booking.com had different contact details to the one sent by Jasminsorium.

Some of staff are very friendly and nice, cheap price. Good for mid term stayer, if you stay short term, better to stay center of city hostels. bit more expensive but you pay for taxi to go sight seeing.

NEVER pay by cash nor online bank, you should pay via Booking.com otherwise you get trouble or feel so bad. I have paid via online bank, and several times they asked me I have paid or not. one time knocked my room and said " what time you check out ? " And you are not on equal footing with staff, they are superior than you. When they make some mistake, they never apologize. They do party at night on ground floor, yelling something but you can not annoy them. not good for nomad worker. I do not sat they are bad, it is just their policy and mind. if you think guest and host respect each other. you should not stay here. And they are very nice people as a friend. Just here is not professional hotel nor apartment.
