Right on a private beach with a 30'x12' deck to relax and sun, and experience the incredible Rincon sunsets! PLUS a round crystal clear pool to enjoy (especially at night? with the moon and stars and waves and, wow!..heaven!!)
It has its own "private" beach. A beautiful outdoor countertop perfect for laptop workstation while watching for whales. There's a separate apartment that could be included (inlaws?) Search under "Casa Delasbodas"
