The Great: The view is the best we’ve ever had. The kitchen is very well-stocked, there is plenty of space and seating, and the layout is fantastic. Additionally, the management company was extremely responsive.The Not-So-Great: The property needs some TLC. The decks are peeling, there are loose railings, and the furniture is aging. Also, keep in mind there are no basics provided, such as salt, pepper, or non-stick spray.The Terrible: The internet never worked, which rendered the TVs and the theater—which we were extremely excited about—completely useless. The management company mentioned they had received many calls and attributed the issue to the high volume of people in town for Rod Run weekend, claiming there was nothing they could do. Considering every weekend is busy, this is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. Plan on bringing your own hotspot or DVDs if you want to use the theater or TVs.

This place was/is marvelous!! My family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with an abundance of everything we needed for our stay. If you are looking to meet a bear, this is the place. We encountered one every day! These are memories my grandkids will never forget, nor will the rest of my family. I highly recommend this cabin for large family groups. It served us well.

The house was great for our group. The hot tub was perfectly balanced when we arrived the location and view were great! It was clean bring some books and games for your crew to enjoy. It's a great middle between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.
