Great location. We ended up taking wedding pictures for my son’s wedding on the beach near the house. Beautiful . Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The owner was extremely responsive even to the minor issues we had. Although the property is not technically beachfront, there were only two small cottages in front of it and sine the living area was on the third floor, it was easy to see over those cottages. The public access to the beach was right next to the house so that was also super simple. We would definitely stay here again!!

Property was very well stocked with lots of amenities… Large refrigerator, icemaker, beverage cooler, and well equipped kitchen. Our party of 9 was very comfortable thankfully b/c we had a lot of indoor time due to Hurricane Debby. Only criticism is the linen service - 2 sets of skimpy towels per bedroom and having to make up the beds upon arrival.

The living space is lovely and access to the beach is wonderful.
The downstairs air conditioning and elevator didn’t work for the entire time we were there. Brook and Chris were very nice and offered us a partial refund, but if the elevator is vital for a member of your party, I would verify that it is operational before your stay.
