The Space:
With a beautiful river view, dock and boat slip, large yard and entertaining deck. This home is perfect for those who find pleasure in the outdoors. Upon entry, you’ll be immediately pleased with the colorful decor. With a quick walkthrough, it’s clear this home and property are immaculately kept from the thoughtful furnishings and manicured landscape outside. The living room features vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a TV. From here, you have access to the upper deck that boasts a large yard with awe-inspiring views.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you may need to make delicious meals from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. The extended counter offers barstools for a casual meal or extra prep space. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining together at the table for 4. There’s always an option to dine alfresco with a picnic table outside next to the BBQ pit.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms. Each space is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) offers a Queen bed and en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 is configured with 2 Double beds

An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo is fully stocked to serve guests. There’s also a half-bath downstairs and a stackable washer/dryer for guests' convenience while outdoors.

This premier location gives access to all things Burnet County. With the home being directly on the Colorado River arm of constant level Lake LBJ, guests can participate in water sports and activities right from the private dock. There are boat rentals and restaurants just a few minutes away by car. Perissos Vineyards, under 2-miles away, has been awarded 7 “Best in Class’ wines and offers breathtaking views and personal wine tastings. Don’t forget to visit Inks Lake State Park, a beautiful park that allows for multiple activities including; hiking, fishing, swimming, bird watching, and scuba diving - to name a few. Legends Golf Course, a challenging course for all abilities, is a 12-minute drive. If you want to venture further, the bustling city of Austin is about 1hr 15 minutes away.

*Other things to note: The boat lift is not for guest use. There is a boat slip where guest boat can be docked at your own risk.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
