Welcome to Cottage Charm, a fitting name for this dreamy apartment located on the second floor of a Dollhouse-style home just 5-miles from Downtown Nashville. The space has been beautifully restored with elegant furnishings to complement its original features.
The Space:
A beautiful brick exterior gives you a warm invitation to the home as soon as you arrive. Follow the paved walkway to your private entry that features a lovely chandelier and covered breezeway.
Once up the stairs, you’ll enter the one-floor apartment that is tastefully designed with hardwood floors and tons of windows allowing beams of natural light.
The living room has a smart TV for guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full suite of modern, stainless steel appliances and extra kitchenware for your convenience including; a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. A separate dining space is complete with a chandelier and circle table seating up to 5 guests. Or, bring your morning brew or meal outside on the large upper deck.
The home has the ability to sleep 5 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms, a Twin Bed (stored in the closet next to the washer and dryer) linens are on the shelf directly above it. and the sofa sleeper. The bedrooms are stunning with their own themes of decor and linens.
Bedroom #1 features a king bed
Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a queen bed
A full bathroom with beautiful tiling from floor to ~almost~ ceiling also features a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Parking space for up to 2 vehicles.
A washer/dryer is available in-unit for guest use.
A pack ‘n play is available upon request.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 15-minutes from the heart of Downtown Nashville. Attractions such as Music Row, The Belmont Mansion, and Fairgrounds Speedway can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Guests can easily walk to Lipscomb and be first in line to take a picture at the “I Believe In Nashville” Mural, just 1.2 miles away. The Bluebird Cafe, a cozy and iconic music club is just 1.6 miles away or a 5-minute drive. If you’d like to get some shopping done, The Mall at Green Hills is also 5 minutes by car.
Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Really liked the close proximity to Green Hills (Lipscomb University particularly) very cute home with beautiful character, and the rooftop deck was amazing! Couch was a little rough to sit on as it sunk, but we weren't on it much. I would definitely recommend if you want more than a hotel room in the area, as we wanted two bedrooms. They were on opposite ends of the home which provided nice privacy. Great to have a kitchen and frig/ice as well!

The location was absolutely perfect! Great neighborhood and Loved being able to sit out on the balcony. The only complaint is that it could use more towels, and probably a bit bigger size. There were only 4 and there were 4 of us. Being women and with long hair at a 4 night stay was frustrating. Plenty of pans and utensils, would like to have had some basic seasonings to include salt. Apartment was clean, kind of a retro spot. Only two complaints. The sleep sofa in the living room is simply tired and needs desperately to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sit in to watch tv. Secondly, the front yard was not mown and was heavy in weeds. That being the first impression was a downer. Location is great and the beds were comfortable.
