Two floors of living space with 1224 square feet, it has two bedrooms and one and a half baths featuring an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout and contemporary finishes. Located steps from 12th Ave S and walking distance to all shops, restaurants, cafes and Sevier Park, it is private and peaceful with a fenced in backyard, a quiet oasis. One of the best neighborhoods in Nashville, this location can't be beat!

Great place to stay! House was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The host even provided coffee which was great. The area had a lot of small restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right around the corner. The only downside to the listing is that it states that it sleeps 6. I did reach out to the host regarding this and she stated that it was based off of the Nashville city permits however we had a party of five and there were only two bedrooms with two beds leaving one person to sleep on the couch which is not ideal. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, beautiful home, and a great area.
