About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this spacious beach house with lots of room for fun with accommodations for 20+ guests and is located right across from the beach and just 5 minutes from the village and Legoland...the kitchen has every amenity you could ask for.The home also has plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for a relaxing day at the beach.The huge roof deck has a bbq and jacuzzi and the sunsets are amazing! Another great feature is the elevator that can reach all 3 floors plus the roof deck.
There are 5 bedrooms plus a theater room with 2 bunk beds...4 of the bedrooms have king sized beds and 1 has a queen...all of them but 1 has an en-suite bathroom....2 of the bedrooms have an ocean view.The bedrooms all have a wall mounted smart tv.I don’t allow pets but if it’s an absolute necessity then there will be a $1,000 fee.

The house was perfect for my family of 11. The ocean views from the top deck were amazing and access to shopping, restaurants and other Carlsbad activities was great. The house was very clean and everything worked. My only complaint would be the check-in. It was scheduled for 4 PM and we did not get the entry code until 3:58. I would highly recommend this house and we will be back. Thank you Rex for a great weekend!!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and 6 parents and 6 teen girls shared this house. The house was amazing, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The rooftop deck was definitely a favorite - beautiful ocean view with a hot tub, what could be better. Walking distance to the beach, and we made use of both the chairs and beach toys that were provided. We had a few questions for the host, and he answered them all in a timely fashion. Definitely on our list to stay here again!
