Aloha and welcome home to the Keauhou Resort! This chic split-level condo with luscious garden views has everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours as this home offers an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly transitions from one to the other. Lounge outdoors on the spacious, shaded deck in cushy chairs or at the optional dining space, or inside in the comfortable living room with large screen TV. You will feel as relaxed as you can possibly be in this Hawaiian paradise.
The unit is equipped with air conditioning.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
5. Quite Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00AM
6. DAMAGE DEPOSI A $59.00 non-refundable damage waiver is required, please check rental agreement for complete details.

We rented this garden bungalow for 16 nights and were very happy with our choice. The condo was well appointed and in a great location for us, out of the bustle of Kona and relatively quiet. We did have some bird sounds and rustling outside the bedroom, but we kinda loved that! Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fans that circulated air throughout the spacious unit kept us quite comfortable! The grounds were meticulously kept and the location was gorgeous, we’d love to stay here again!
