Please read completely, so that there are no surprises upon your arrival! ❤
■ We love the open air lifestyle and find it comfortable with the doors and windows open and the fans going. The breeze on the island is just amazing. However, we understand that the summer months can be on the hotter side, so you may need to use the AC. If that is the case, we kindly ask our guest to use it responsibility as electricity is extremely expensive on the Island:
1. Make sure to close all windows and doors when using the AC.
2. Please only turn it on while you are in the unit and off when you are away. It takes very little time to cool the space off, so no need to leave it on all day.
3. Please set the temperature to 72 degrees, even at night. Again, the space cools off very quickly and there is not need to set the temperature below 72.
I truly appreciate your help in keeping electricity costs down.

► Duplex unit with two stairs to entrance, No stairs inside. No neighbors upstairs or downstairs, just one shared wall. Our neighbor unit is also available to rent if you are coming with another couple. Let me know if you need an additional unit.
► 70" 4k TV with basic cable and BluRay DVD/CD player (and a small collection of DVDs) capable of logging into your own Amazon Prime and Netflix.

► Assigned Parking Right Next to Condo for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked off property.

PLEASE NOTE:
■ Best for 2, but will accommodate a family of four.
■ There is an additional fee of $15 per night/per guest over 2.
■ We charge a low cleaning fee, so please treat the condo as your own and keep it clean.
■ The unit pictured, Hale Keauhou Iki, is the unit you are renting.
■ Our HOA has a Registration form with basic contact information (name, phone, emergency contact), that is required to be filled out and signed to stay on property.
■ Condo is mostly 'open air'. One side is glass sliders with screen and wood louvers. Back of unit is all Glass Jalousie with screens. You will be extremely comfortable with the Hawaiian breeze, but as mentioned before the air conditioning unit can be used during the peak hot days.
■ Full use of all closets in the condo.
■ Keauhou Resort is a privately and individually owned Condominium. It is NOT a resort or hotel. There is NO staff on the property. However, we do provide a contact person for emergencies.
