The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Deuil-la-Barre. It measures 250 m² and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 100 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

On the first floor:
– A second living room with sofas and a TV
On the top floor:
– Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200)
– Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
– Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
– Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)
– A bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath
– A shower room
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
– A 5 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
