About this villa rental
Our home offers a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in eastern Sicily.
Located one kilometer from Punta Secca and 5 minutes from Marina di Ragusa, our property features 8 beds, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a spacious loggia overlooking the sea.
It’s perched on a cliff, and the pristine white-sand beach lies right below, 150 meters away, accessible via a trail.
We’re close to Baroque gems such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, and Noto
The Space
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite.
Three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have windows, while one has an internal light well that brings in light from outside; it does not have air conditioning or access to the outside, but is equipped with powerful fans.
There is also a kitchenette, a spacious living room, and a large loggia.

The villa is very large, which is why it was possible to divide it into two parts: 2 completely independent lodges, each with its own entrance and nothing in common except for the sea-view loggia, which has been divided by a partition separating the two spaces, ensuring that each lodge has its own privacy.
It’s also possible to rent the entire villa, which sleeps 24, from October through June
Each lodge sleeps 8.
