Pool and outside space is exceptional. Downstairs and kitchen area spacious and very comfortable. Aircon throughout but even during red warnings for heat (41c) not needed at all times. Owners were superb throughout visit and very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Headroom in main bedroom slopes and for someone of 6’2” was occasionally awkward, but not anywhere near being an issue. Location is 2.5km from town and walkable in about 30 mins. Paths for first 1km not great, but not dangerous. Could not get taxis at roadside or via uber which would have been good and currently no local bus service. However, if both these options available, I accept property would be priced higher.

The hosts proactively reached out to organize our arrival and make sure to greet us and show us the villa. They were very friendly and accomodating. Villa itself looks as gorgeous in real life as on the pictures, the house and the pool was squeaky clean and when pool maintenance was supposed to arrive, the hosts warned us upfront. It had absolutely everything that we needed, including the coal for the grill. There are a couple of supermarkets in the area within a 5 min drive, and even a Michelin-star restaurant in Marina di Ragusa itself. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at the villa, and we'll be definitely returning.

None of the map apps correctly navigated to the exact house, however the hosts sent the house number and the pin - which made it easy to find!

Host very kind, generous and prompt. The house is new, very functionable. Perfect for families with children.
