Step into a world of comfort on the ground floor, where you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From here, you can access the terrace overlooking the pool, offering breathtaking views of Oprtalj. A separate toilet is also conveniently located on this level.
