Experience the ultimate getaway at our Black Bear Townhome (Unit 61), ideally situated just across the highway from Purgatory Resort, making it the perfect retreat for every season. The spacious townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, seamlessly connecting to the living and dining areas making it perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in. The living room is equipped with a 50" smart TV for watching all your favorite sports or streaming services. Unwind in the luxurious master suite, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and a private deck offering stunning views of Purgatory Ski Resort, while the master bath indulges you with double sinks, a shower, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. With a convenient one-car garage and access to a free on-demand ski shuttle, your vacation experience is both comfortable and hassle-free, allowing you to focus on making memories.
The townhome home is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords. At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home.

2nd Bedroom - Queen and Trundle bed (2 Twins)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Single over Double)
The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
