This end unit has amazing windows that feature views of Purgatory ski resort and the snow-capped Engineer Mountain to the North. Included is a private, on demand shuttle service from your door to the slopes – complementary.
On the main level, the kitchen, dining and living room are all open to one another, creating an ideal space for enjoying family and friends. Granite countertops, Alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful fireplace framed by stone and a wood mantel are just a few of the high-end finishes throughout. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living on the covered back deck that overlooks the mountain resort. Upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom (King bed) is truly a suite with a soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The garage will keep your car and toys safe, and out of the elements.
In addition, this home is also adjacent to a community park, fishing lake, various trail network, Nordic skiing trails and facility, a family playground and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore.

A 4% Purgatory resort fee is required for all stays and is included in your quote. For an additional 4% fee, access to resort amenities can be added to your stay. This includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, and workout facility. Please advise at time of booking if you would like the additional club fee added.
Pet Policy
No dogs are allowed unless prearranged with the management company. There is an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per reservation. Maximum 2 dogs. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property.
NO Smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.
Please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans.

We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guests with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

I would say 5 stars but bring your own pillows. This place is very clean and easy to access the ski runs. You need to create an account on the purgatory app and then you can request a shuttle right to your front door. This was perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had a place to spread out and the living area was just the right size for us. Many more adults and you would be cramped.
The bedrooms need new pillows and the middle bedroom needs to replace the fire alarm so it's not beeping. Everything else was great!

The views of the mountain and the weather was perfect. Our family drove almost 10 hours and since the house was so cozy and comfortable, we were all able to make ourselves at home comfortably. The house instructions were simple and easy to follow. The communication was thorough and friendly. Thank you for a warm and comfortable stay.

Such a clean cute home! We stayed in the off season (summer) and loved the views of the lift and the close proximity to the fishing pond. I imagine in the winter the proximity to the lifts is amazing. This home had everything we needed and was spotless. We'd love to stay again someday when the bike park is open, the location can't be beat!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Our family had such a cozy stay and felt right at home with all the amenities we needed. The townhome exceeded our expectations, creating the perfect environment for us to relax and unwind. I especially loved the long hallway with coat hooks by the entrance. Each family member had their own set of hooks, which made it super handy for hanging up our coats and keeping our shoes organized, preventing anyone from tripping over them. Plus, the convenience of the shuttle that took us to and from the resort was a huge bonus. The garage access was fantastic too, giving us extra space to store all our gear. We plan to stay here again in the future!
