PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Great house located in the Sam Hughes neighborhood. Great location, very comfortable home, spacious.. washer and dryer are very convenient. Great patio with a grill. If you’re coming to visit your student at U of A or your visiting Tucson to explore, this is an awesome house! The hosts are great with communication and responding quickly. We had a great week at this property.

We appreciated the rapid response to our questions. I would recommend avoiding arrival after dark since finding the location from the alley entrance was difficult. A house number on the garage would be helpful. Thank you for the stay.

We really liked this rental. The location is fabulous. One of our grandsons attends the UofA - he stayed with us and took a scooter to classes from the property. And having a Starbucks only several hundred yards away is pretty nice in the morning. Beds were comfy. The owners were very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Tucson...
