About this house rental
Truly a one of a kind home in the center of Tucson! 1 mile to UofA & 5 minutes to downtown. Comfortable & beautifully decorated! Roof deck is a must see with 360 degree views of the mountains and city lights! Huge kitchen with coffee bar. Pretty backyard with hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, grill, yard games, & more. Just off Campbell Ave corridor which has tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance. Bike or walk along Mountain Ave to reach the UofA. Perfect vacation!
The space
First Floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, ping pong table, and kitchen. (Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds, bedroom 2 has one queen bed, and bedroom 3 had 2 twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom)
Second Floor - primary bedroom with one king bed, one queen bed and a small fold down sofa. Primary bedroom has a private bathroom.
Third Floor - large outside roof deck with table, chairs and lights.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the main property. The casita is rented separately. It is fenced off and is off limits to guests of the main house.
Other things to note
Unsupervised children are not allowed in the hot tub or on the roof deck at any time.
Guests should observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from UofA. Everything was great. Enough room for everyone, plenty of seats, the backyard was an additional great space to use. Would recommend to abyone looking for a place with a large family.
