We spent 4 nights visiting our Wildcat son. We loved the property’s location, floor plan, laundry & pool. It is overall a little dated but we knew this based on listing photos. The story behind the property is touching. Would stay here again.

Fantastic week in a lovely home, in late March. Three couples stayed all week. The house was clean, well laid out with a private master suite, with huge bathroom in its own wing. The other two bedrooms each also have their own bathrooms. The full bedroom is smaller, but still fine for a couple that doesn’t mind the smaller bed.Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything- including paper products & tin foil etc.Pool is unheard, but if weather is warm, I’m sure it would warm up.Back deck area was large & because it backs to the wash we saw lots of birds. Driveway is huge & we were able to park two travel trailers, two trucks & a sprinter camper van, It was a bit of jenga moving them in - but it worked great for us!

Very large and peaceful. It is located within walking distance of a few restaurants. Good location.
Bedrooms:(3) There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds (the trundle in the one of the bedrooms) Room for 7 in beds.
Bathrooms: Towels in the 2 smaller bedrooms were stained and no garbage cans. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided.
Laundry Room: Washer is very old and sounds like it is on its last legs.
Kitchen: Unorganized. No garbage bags provided. Spatula was broken. Cookware was scarce and needs to be replaced.
Living area: Very spacious and welcoming for a larger party.
Outdoor Pool area: Great view of Tucson. Patio furniture is old and scarce. Pool vacuum was left hooked up to the filter the entire stay. Called upon arrival to let management know the pool was dirty. They sent a service, but did not clean the pool and left the vacuum hooked up.
Overall: Could be a great place to stay with a some maintenance and organization.
