About this house rental
Oceanscape: Ocean-view retreat just steps from the beach! Enjoy a lush backyard oasis with heated pool, 4 balconies, rooftop terrace, elevator, golf cart, bicycles, paddle boards, surfboards, and fishing gear. Perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation or adventure near Downtown St. Augustine.
We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.
Located in the Porpoise Point area of Vilano Beach just steps from the ocean and a golf cart ride away from several shops, restaurants and Publix.
Guests have access to the entire property minus a few locked storage closets.
Full of amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay!
- six person golf cart
- two paddle boards (can convert to kayak)
- two surfboards
- three bicycles
- two fishing poles with gear
- beach essentials (8 chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and more!)
- beach games
- corn hole
First Floor:
Bedroom with king bed and twin over twin bunk bed and a full bathroom that can be accessed via the bedroom or directly from the pool area.
Second Floor:
All other bedrooms are located on the second floor. King primary with ensuite bath and private balcony. King room and queen room with shared balcony space. Hall bathroom shared by two bedrooms.
Third Floor:
Open concept living room, large kitchen and dining space, and two more balconies!
Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
Pool is heated seasonally.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach, and only about 10 minutes to downtown historic St. Augustine. We had six adults and one 3-year-old in our group, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from utensils, pots, and pans to linens, makeup wipes, hair dryers, towels, and even charging ports in convenient spots. Every detail was clearly well thought out.The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise and ended our days with those stunning coastal sunsets.The beach supplies were such a bonus — chairs, toys, and more were all provided, making beach trips effortless. The golf cart was a lifesaver for quick runs to the shore or local coffee shop, and the elevator was a huge hit with everyone, especially for hauling luggage and groceries.This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It truly had everything we could have asked for and more. Rachel and Amy were extremely quick to respond to messages and provided helpful information about the area as needed. We can’t wait to come back!!

Oceanscape was a nice home for our short family getaway. It has all the things to make a vacation enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the use of the large golf cart was amazing.

What a great house! Love the concept of having the living space on the top floor! Love the 360 windows/view! Too bad the elevator didn't work but we are all still in good enough shape to walk the stairs. Love all the amenities, especially the golf cart. Nice touch. Our weather wasn't great (didn't get to use the pool - wish it were heated) so we will just have to come back another time. I will highly recommend your house to friends. Thanks for a great stay.
