To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.
Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival. Pets must be fully potty-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or on our blankets, sheets, towels or on any of our linens. Pets must be crated at all times when no guests are present. Being able to bring your pet(s) with you to the property is an extra privilege, but is an extra responsibility as well. Any messes made must be thoroughly cleaned up by the guests. If extra cleaning is required to clean up messes left by pets, you agree to be charged extra money to cover the costs.
This property does not have access to a swimming pool or hot tub.
As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.
Fall Creek Resort (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Well stocked kitchen with coffee supplied. Very clean. Only a 10 minute drive to most of the shows. We did not mind the two flights of stairs, but some might if you miss that notice in the owners listing.

The bedding was covered in dog hair, everything was covered in dust or something??? We had to clean it. The towels were sooooo small & only one per person, not even a full size bath towel. Who dries their hair with the same towel they wipe their butt with??? Absolutely ridiculous. The dryer filter was full, could have started a fire ! Even on the outside there was lint all over. The place is very nice & roomy! We loved the layout of the condo! Just needs cleaned
