THINGS TO NOTE:
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• This is a walk up unit that requires 21 steps, Upper Unit
• This property does not have access to any of the resort's amenities including the pool.

The place wasn’t the cleanest; however, the sheets were clean. I do recommend bringing your own pillow. I think our place may not have been smoke free, it smelled like MJ the first day/night. I did feel safe in the area and it was the perfect driving distance from anything we wanted to do. I didn’t see the part where you added if you were bringing a pet, I thought that was included, so that was an additional fee. I did message and let the host know about the lack of cleanliness and they were quick to respond with their apologies, nothing more.
