If you are looking for "Home Away from Home" you found your place to stay, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, fully furnished. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished living room, and a cozy bathroom. The condo is situated on the 2nd floor, facing East, allowing you to bask in the gentle morning sunlight on the large balcony.
This is an exceptional place for both working professionals and travelers alike. Within walking distance, you'll find Rogers Place, Grant MacEwan University, the Royal Alberta Museum, the LRT station, and the vibrant Downtown area. And for your convenience, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores are located right next to the condo building, ensuring that all your needs are met.

A grocery store and liquor store, just a few blocks away next to Rogers Place, make meal shopping a breeze. Whether you need to stock up on snacks and drinks or fill your fridge and freezer for extended stays, everything is within reach. Smart TVs in every room ensure entertainment at your fingertips, and the well-equipped laundry room has all the supplies you need.
While we strive to provide a comfortable environment within the condo and building, it's important to note that we cannot control the surroundings outside. As downtown areas may occasionally have transient and vulnerable individuals, we encourage you to practice street smarts and keep valuables out of sight. Edmonton is a safe city, but as with any large city, it's always wise to travel smart and utilize services like taxis or Uber, especially when staying out late or traveling alone.

The standard rental comes with one underground stall in parkade and one Visitor Pass for outdoor parking. There is an additional stall available in parkade that can be added for $10 per day (Subject to availability).
Note: Condo Bldg Bylaws require a rental contract to be signed as part of the allowance for Short Term Rentals, we also need a valid email address to process rental agreement and send detailed check in guide.

The condo is furnished tastefully and everything necessary to live comfortably is provided. The kitchen is stocked with spices for cooking as well as tea, coffee, sugar. The host is willing to have basic necessities ready so one can move in easily and successfully. We were asked to let him know if we felt any essentials were missing or needed. We asked about a blender and that was available. There were assorted cooking pots, pans, bowls, storage containers, grater, strainer, and more, even tinfoil and parchment paper were available. Truly the kitchen was wonderful and having the bbq on the balcony with cozy outdoor seating, made for great dinner options. Air conditioning kept the temp very comfortable. Bed was comfy and clean laundry room in the apartment was extremely helpful. All soap for laundry and kitchen is provided. Underground parking is provided and having access to an elevator was very convenient for moving in and departing. Chris goes above and beyond and it truly is a a cozy comfortable stay. We have no problem recommending Chris’Cozy Condo: Thank you for wonderful at home feeling and experience!

Excellent communication with host with very fast replies and great instructions on access and everything else about using the condo. This location is 1 block away from the downtown core and is a fantastic location in Edmonton. Bonus is the included underground parking. The condo is very well appointed with everything needed for a short or long stay. Everything was very clean and in perfect working order. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Having two bathrooms makes getting ready easy. Included is wifi and tv’s in each room plus the living room with a lot of options for entertainment tastes. I would definitely use this location again.

Booked this mainly because it is a block from Roger's Place so we could walk to the Oiler's games.
Area may seem a little scetch, but we felt safe in the condo.
Had a great stay in Edmonton.

This was a great place to stay! So convenient to walk to the game, great set up to visit with family and friends. Will definitely book this place again! Host was very responsive and great to book with. No safety concerns, secured parking and access to suite. Thanks again!
