Excellent apartment located in the Edifício Expresso 222 condominium!
The space has 24-hour security, outdoor furniture, a garden, a rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city and the sea, and is just 30 meters away from Farol da Barra beach.
My property consists of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with a wine cellar, beer cooler and sea view, a cozy suite with access to a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay.

We take great care of the apartment in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***A deposit of R$600.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
The room is made up as follows:
Living room: Double sofa bed, TV, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, wine cellar, beer cooler, ice machine;
Suite: TV, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, 1 queen bed, closets, balcony.
Guests will have access to the entire site, and to everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure.
I will always be available for whatever you need and for any questions you may have.
Located in the Expresso 222 Building, in the Barra neighborhood, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Salvador, across from the Salvador Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle in itself, with a round of applause!
This neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best place to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In addition to the beach and proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, a shopping mall, a hospital and, best of all, there is no need to use a vehicle.
