Aufgrund meines gestrichenen Fluges kam ich mit über 30 Stunden Verspätung mitten in der Nacht an. Die Anmeldung an der Rezeption und der Check-in für die Wohnung verlief reibungslos. Ich hatte ein paar angenehme Tage in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Shopping Center und Strand. Angenehm sind auch das Fitnessstudio und der Pool im Haus.

The location was great, the beach was within walking distance as well as shops for some groceries/essentials and even a mall. Some nice restaurants and eateries were nearby. There was some soft drinks and beers upon our arrival in the fridge which was very nice after a long travel day to have some cold refreshments, nice touch!
The water filtration device's filter required a change (red light was on). The place needs a bit of paint and maintenance updates (stains and some broken/damaged furniture), which we immediately documented and supplied the hosts of proof that it was like that when we arrived. The washing machine is VERY outdated and barely worked. Some of the cupboard doors were loose, hinges broken. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

O espaço corresponde às fotos. Muito confortável, limpo, com todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários. Tem ima vista espetacular para o mar. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O anfitrião responde rápido e se preocupa em saber se estar tudo bem. É perto do Shopping Barra, fácil acesso à farmácia, restaurantes e ao farol da barra.
De nao ter percebido que precisava de caução no momento da reserva. Sugiro que essa informação fique mais visível e acessível.
