About this apartment rental
Incredible, new apartment with a 48 m² sea view, beautifully decorated, featuring a very comfortable sofa bed for watching television or sleeping 2 people, a bedroom with a Queen bed and a Split air conditioning unit. Spectacular outdoor area to enjoy your coffee and admire the view of the sea from the 9th floor of the building. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary utensils.
We have air conditioning in the living room and also ultra-fast Wifi with 300 Mbps.
It has an incredible view of Barra Beach and is easily accessible.
The space is very well equipped with Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, featuring YouTube, Netflix, and local channels. There's Split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, grill, iron and ironing board, front-loading washing machine.
The apartment features professional hotel bedding and linens.
This apartment has windows in the service area and kitchen, making it much brighter and well-ventilated.
The guest will have access to the condominium's swimming pool and gym, which are for common use.
The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
The use of the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area is only possible with prior notice and payment of an extra condominium fee for their use.

The street noise was significant during the day but quieted at night. I was able to leave the bedroom slider open and listen to the waves roll in. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Restaurants, markets, and the Barra Shopping Center are within a very short walk. I stocked up on breakfast foods(coffee, etc) and enjoyed mornings on the terrace. Only needed half my clothes since I could do laundry there. Barra sunsets (fantastic!) are just down the street. The building was safe and the folks at the front door were very nice. Tips: Don't rent a car. The drivers are crazy and you can Uber anywhere without dealing with parking hassles. Credit cards are used everywhere so cash is rarely needed.
