Whispering Cottage is a STUNNING 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with living room, a fully stocked kitchen and dining space for 6! The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but is situated in a prime location to JPJ and UVA Grounds.
FIRST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM: couch, loveseat, two accent chairs, smart TV, wood burning fire place.
DINING ROOM: formal dining space for 6 guests
KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful farmhouse sink, gas range, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee pot (coffee grounds, creamer and sugar provided)
HALF BATH: powder room off of the living room with single vanity and toilet
BEDROOM 1: queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, wardrobe with rack and hangers, desk with chair
BATHROOM 1: double vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, toiletries and linen provided
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 2: queen bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser
BEDROOM 3: two twin beds, dresser, desk with chair, accent chair
BATHROOM 2: single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, toiletries and linen provided
LAUNDRY: washer and dryer are located beside the hall bathroom (laundry detergent provided)
BACK PATIO: outdoor dining set for 6 with an umbrella and propane heater

Beautiful historic house, in gorgeous historic upscale neighborhood. High end finshes, tastefully decorated, with modern conveniences with luxury updated bathroom, kitchen. Very convenient location. This is located to downtown & adjacent to UVA …pros/cons to this. Downtown parking can be an issue depending on your plans. ALSO depending on your plans it can be a bonus if you don’t mind walking to convenient locations, or driving around sitting in traffic (for parking) for congested activities.Overall our short 3 day stay met our needs & this boutique rental met all our needs, plenty of space , a/c on warm day worked great, awesome spacious luxury updated downstairs bathroom.

So comfortable and beautiful - just enough updates to feel luxurious but not lose the amazing charm of this cozy storybook cottage. Wonderful service and communication, super convenient location.
