Impeccably decorated in shades of white with gleaming hardwood floors, a living room and formal dining area connect to a spectacular kitchen featuring a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, Bosch dishwasher, and double farm sink with dual faucets. A butler’s pantry provides extra workspace for a private chef to prepare and serve a feast.
Four bedrooms, each outfitted with a King bed, and three-and-half baths ensure comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. An inviting sunroom flows into a back patio with a separate covered seating area. Beyond that, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs provides a focal point for evening gatherings. A raised swimming pool for lap swimming for those athletically inclined guests. (Pool is not open year round! Open May-Sept only) We welcome you to bring your dog to this property for an additional $100 pet fee.

The grounds and house are wonderful. Wish we had time to fire up the fire-pit for s’mores. The sunroom was a favorite spot for everyone.Because we cooked in every morning and evening, we used the kitchen a lot and found that the kitchen could use a little love:- most of the coffee mugs were chipped at the lips-there were no metal baking pans (such as an 8x8 or 9x9 or 9x12) except one cookie sheet that was so stained and covered in oil - totally gross-no large bowls for a salad or serving platters-need a complete set of dry measuring cups and mixing bowls-an electric griddle would be great for making breakfast for 6 instead of an 8” skillet that again was so caked in cooking stains-several 12” skillets would work tooParking was plentiful!All beds were comfy with lots of sleeping pillows!Management team so very easy to work with and to communicate with.I’d definitely return to this property.

The house is in one of Charlottesville's best neighborhoods - quiet, beautifully landscaped area of million dollar plus homes. The house is large with a huge yard. The property has all the basics but would benefit from more TLC - very basic furnishings and decor, dishwasher and one faucet not working, yard poorly maintained. A good choice if you want the location and size of house but more utilitarian than a comfortable home.

The house was wonderful and very clean. The neighborhood was close to everything yet secluded and a great environment for morning walks.
