It is a 4/3 pool and hot tub home that is wonderfully decorated with a "more is less" clean style while at the same time having all that you will need in a single family home located in Marathon. Whether you are vacationing with family, embarking on a fishing trip or looking to just relax and find Peace. This Florida Keys-style home is just for you.
Newly built 1,800 square foot, single level stilt home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open main living area, covered back porch overlooking the canal, private pool and 60' dock which has room for two boats.
Three couples can sleep like royalty as this home has 3 king size beds. the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the junior master suite has the same. The 4th bedroom has full sized bunk beds on top and bottom. Also for your pleasure the living room couch opens up for an additional guest.
Stay connected with Wi Fi and 5 TV's.
On the practical side, a large capacity washer/dryer is available for your use. The upstairs covered porch boasts two seating areas and a gas grill for your homestyle barbequing. Enjoy dining outside or watch the sun go down from the upstairs patio with table and chairs. The pool area includes an outdoor seated lounge area, and four chaise loungers. The pool measures 12 X 20 with a maximum depth of 5' and can be heated or chilled for an additional $200/week (plus taxes) if paid in advance, $250 on arrival. Hot tub just added to the downstairs pool area. Relax after a long day fishing.
Plug in your boat as the dock hosts 30 AMP plug-ins, and then clean your fish at the custom fish cleaning table with water. Guests may enjoy access to 4 single person kayaks. We have two freezers, one for bait and one for all the fish you want to take home. Brand new 8 X 10 covered tiki hut with water, electric and a small bar. There is a 15 X 12 garage storage area for all your equipment and gear. Please note that guests do NOT have use of the main garage, however, the property offers lots of parking including plentiful shaded parking under the house. Lots of additional uncovered parking for boat trailers , RV/Camper or additional vehicles.
The location of this lovely home has several advantages. If beach time is on the top of your list, we are less than one mile from Sombrero Beach with a wide, off road walking/running/bike path. Need supplies, we are less than a half mile from Publix/Winn Dixie/Dive Shop. That means more time in the pool or at the beach.

Went down for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and lovely property. The house featured a lot of amenities and the pool was great.

We loved the place! Very great set up for two families! The pool was great and the back patio space was beautiful! Our only complaints were the listing makes it seem like there’s nothing across the canal from you and there is a row of houses. Also the hot tub was very dirty and we couldn’t use it. The pool people did come as soon as I asked but it wasn’t fixed in time for us to use. All in all it was a great vacation and the location was perfect!

It’s a great house in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We really liked the pool and hot tub. Being on the canal was great and we were visited by a manatee!
