House was great neighbor was generous and helpful. Manatee visited, there is a large iguna that visits and some roosters. Neddi g was Amazing, you cant easily get in water due to ladder bottom missing but dock worked for the boat we rented for the day.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to grocery stores and shopping. Loved having a grill and dining area by the pool. We ate in for most meals, we like to cook, but there are plenty of delicious restaurants that are close by. Owners were very responsive and informative.

Home is well kept and super clean. Owners were incredibly easy to deal with and responded almost immediately to any questions or to resolve minor issues. Location was spectacular. One mile from Sombrero Beach and only 2 blocks from the grocery store. Would definitely rent again!
