About this apartment rental
This unit is a spacious 3 bedroom Apt it’s comfortable mattresses. There is a king size main bedroom with lots of space a queen size bedroom with lots of space as well and a third small room that was perfect for a third sleeping area equipped with a queen size mattress. The apartment is fully renovated brand new floors and kitchen as well as bathroom. You’ll enjoy the nesspresso machine in the morning while walking around a spacious apartment which can accommodate up to 7 guests. As soon as you walk in the lobby you will notice a solid building with marble floors and a doorman. Homes in this building are very spacious for New York City and the elevators are very fast and efficient. With all newly renovated floors and details inside the apartment. The entire home is available to all guests. As well as a gym and a laundry room in the building. We want to make sure that all of our guests have a pleasant experience so we are available 24 hours for any questions or requests they may have. The Financial District Basics Welcome to the Financial District, home to Wall Street, South Street Seaport, and The World Trade Center! When people think of FiDi, they usually envision the likes of The Wolf of Wall Street, where wealthy stock brokers yell “Buy! Buy! Buy! Sell! Sell! Sell!” all day long. While that image isn’t wholly inaccurate, it’s only a small part of a much larger neighborhood. FiDi is enormous for a Manhattan neighborhood. The neighbors directly to the north include Two Bridges, Chinatown, Civic Center, and Tribeca. The neighborhood ends at The Battery, which is the southern tip of the island. It’s bordered by Battery Park City and The East River, so the neighborhood is tall and wide. Because of its size, the neighborhood has a lot going on and is constantly adding new buildings, restaurants, bars, and attractions. Where to Eat in Financial District Eating is one of the greatest joys in life, and FiDi is lucky enough to have some of the best restaurants around. Whether you want fancy or deep fried, this neighborhood has a plethora of options for every palate.

Nice location Only suggestion was needing more lights in bedroom and closet area bc very dark wheb trying to get ready or find things-Overall very happy with place-

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was large and comfortable, and communicating with our host was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

For starters, communication with the hosts was excellent. The elevators were extremely fast as the title of the listing states and the check in process was a breeze. Inside the apartment there was a large closet with lots of towels which was much appreciated. While this is not the hosts fault, it’s often hard to see the layout of apartments on vrbo. There were 2 very good size bedrooms for NYC and one that was literally a mattress in a room as that’s all that could fit with a curtain as the door. I didn’t appreciate this when booking. Luckily it worked for our stay. One thing I wish could have been better was the cleanliness/upkeep. There were lots of dust bunnies annd cracks in walls etc. Lastly, it’s worth noting the washer/dryer are not in the apartment but in the building. One more thing worth noting. The building is very dark. The elevators were dark and the hallway to the apartments. All in all good stay though. Thank you!

The apartment is pretty spacious, nice layout even though only one of the bedroom has a window. A bit rundown, would need a good refreshing. Quite noisy because the windows are not well insulated and street is noisy. Also would need proper curtains in the bedroom, the blinds let daylight in. Need more crockery and cutlery, had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Communication was good but a bit complicated, 4 different people involved, via email and whatsapp. Had to ask for many information (where to put the trash, if we could store luggage after check out...), not very proactive. So all in all it did the trick but definitely need more efforts to make it nicer.
