About this resort

Grand Timber offers a complete vacation for the whole family and is located, minutes from downtown Breckenridge. It offers ski in/ Ski out, and it has Ski rental store on property. It also has a spa onsite as well as an arcade for family fun.

**I do own this property as a fractional ownership**. The unit number varies with each stay. This is the first time I am renting this property because we are unable to make our annual ski vacation. We do own another property that we rent on VRBO. If you need to see reviews, the listing number is 2006899

***Once rented, I will need the name as it appears exactly on your id that will be used at check in. I will also need the address that appears on the id. This is needed because I have to transfer the reservation from my name to whomever rents.
