The pool/hot tub and fitness center need to be upgraded. They are outdated and showing their age.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days.

Really nice hotel - right at the top end of main street in Breckenridge - ideal for walking around the shops / bars in town. Free local trolley bus service was available if needed. Underground parking with elevator access to the rooms.
