The accommodation in this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is arranged in two separate buildings - a main villa and a separate dependence.
As guests enter the main villa, there is a contemporary living area with modern stone fireplace and smart TV with PlayStation 4. There is also a well equipped kitchen. This has everything even a professional chef could want or need. This includes two induction hobs, two sinks, two dishwashers and two ovens. There is also a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer.
A separate dining room provides a wonderful setting to enjoy meals together. There is also a wine cellar. Doors lead from the living room to a large covered terrace furnished with large table and chairs and a seating area with comfortable chairs.
Also on this floor of this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is a small gym with Technogym equipment and an indoor pool with jacuzzi.
Upstairs in this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany there is a second living area with fireplace and chairs. There are also two large bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable king size beds and each boasting its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom ensuite also has his and her sinks. The dependence sits just across from the main villa. The accommodation here is arranged on one level. There is a bedroom here with queen size bed. This is accessible for wheelchair users. It also has a shower room. A separate room in the dependence is furnished with a billiards table and there is also a separate WC.
