The Perch has two bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. In the primary room, you will find a king size bed & views overlooking main street! In the secondary room, you will find a queen bed & a desk for any office work you may need to do.

You will find a kitchen stocked with all basic amenities, a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, & creamers! You may enjoy dinners at the kitchen table.

Our spacious living room is complete with a comfortable sectional & a Smart TV allowing you to log in to any of your favorite streaming platforms!
All artwork & decor is sourced directly from Clark County and Kentucky artists! Let us know if you are interested!
Please note that there should never be over 4 guests in the apartment at one time. If we find out there are unauthorized guests, you will be removed immediately with no refund.
We do not tolerate parties of any kind & you will be removed immediately with no refund.
You may not smoke in the property. If we get an alert that there is any type of smoke in the apartment, you will be removed & fined $500.

The place was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Great Italian restaurant down the street. Delicious dounuts around the corner.We went down to go into Lexington for Bourbon and wine tours. Would have liked to have a folder/ binder with information on what is in the area ( we did explore downtown) and also for information about checking out.We had 4 adults and could have used more towels (had 1 towel for each person) But we did make due.All in all would give this place 5 stars! We will be back down in the future!
