About this house rental
This is a beautifully remodeled home on a quiet street. It has a very large yard and many trees to make for a private setting. The home is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland, 30 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and 1.5 hours from Churchill Downs. The garage is currently not available for renters use.

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo home and couldn't have asked for a better experience!The house was exactly as described-clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the entire trip stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable getaway!

I have stayed and at least 30 rental properties and this is by far the absolute best rental property I have ever stayed in. This property has every amenity you may need for cooking, etc. Check in process with a breeze, it was extremely clean, and incredibly comfortable. I will be staying here every time I go to Lexington. And I’ve already told 10 people to have people stay there whenever they have visitors in Lexington.
