    I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. There was very little water flow, which made it difficult to shower properly, especially when washing hair with shampoo. It was uncomfortable and not acceptable for a hotel stay. In addition, the WiFi was super slow. It was difficult to browse the internet, check emails, or use basic online services. For travelers who rely on internet access, this is a major inconvenience. When I made my booking, I specifically requested separate beds and received confirmation that my request was accepted. However, upon arrival, the staff informed me that I needed to pay extra to get separate beds. This was very frustrating, as the request had already been confirmed in advance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to these issues. I hope the hotel improves its water pressure, internet speed, and provides clearer communication regarding room arrangements and additional charges.
