This exquisite 30-day or greater French-style home boasts three bedrooms, an oceanfront patio, private beach access, BBQ, three fireplaces, and natural light throughout. There's so much to do around Carlsbad, but Chateau De La Mer is worth the visit alone.

There are two spacious ocean view living spaces. The sitting area features a gas fireplace you can enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views and experience the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in the ocean view living room. Large windows provide views of the ocean. Large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The TV and fireplace are seamlessly integrated into the room's design, making it easy to enjoy both at once.

Primary Suite is spacious with a king bed. It has French doors leading to a private balcony with seating overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the gas fireplace with a seating area and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, dual vanity, step-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Room includes an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king bed with breathtaking views of the ocean along with a Smart TV and closets with hangers. Room includes an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is light and bright and has two twin beds with a large closet. Room includes an en-suite bathroom.
OUTDOORS:
Honestly, you'll want to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Any additional cars have to park outside the community. No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the community. Security Deposit Hold of $5,000 required prior to guest arrival.
