This was our 3rd year at the same property and we fall in love with it each time. There were updates to the showers this year and they were great! The location is very close to Carlsbad Village, so walking to get coffee or eat is easy. From the outdoor patio or from the beach the sunsets are amazing!!! We make sure to watch the sunset each afternoon. The management and staff are great and friendly. They are always asking if there is anything you need. We enjoy are time at Seashore on the Sand and we have booked our family vacation for next year!!

The only issue we had was the TV's. They didn't really work the entire time we were there. The staff tried many times, but the whole system is too confusing.

We have a group of 4-5 50-something women that go on a girls trip every year. This year we chose Seashore on the Sand in Carlsbad. The location is amazing. We parked our cars and never drove them all weekend. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was nice and the view was amazing. It was clean upon check-in and there is a manager on site. Our only complaint would be that the window coverings and shade on the balcony didn't work properly, and there were no screens on any of the windows so we couldn't leave the windows open. The unit needs a little TLC to make it sparkle, but otherwise it was a great weekend!

Our condo was on the top floor and we had excellent views of the ocean. The views allowed us to relax and enjoy the cool breeze, while having snacks and wine on the balcony!! The condo was very clean and easy to access. From our first night there we all knew we would return to this location. Management was very quick to respond to questions. Looking forward to booking again.
