Room was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Vent did not work in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and the woman who checked us in was outstanding. My only complaint is that if a room is available for early check-in, why does there need to be a charge? I was charged $67 to check in but then was told that if I checked in at two, it would be $23 but also that a room would not be guaranteed at that time. I just think it’s a little bit ridiculous to have to pay an additional $67 to check into a room that was already vacant.

The hotel was a very nice property with a lot of great things to do. Good restaurants, shopping and of course the games. We had a great day at the pool and really enjoyed ourselves.
